Are you a virtual assistant or will you actually come to my office or my home?

While we are not virtual assistants, our goal is to build trust and long-term satisfaction. That’s why we’ll work with you to determine the best method and location from which to complete your project.

 

Do you provide staffing services?

Buzz 4 Help provides services on a project basis. Please contact a staffing agency to fill temporary or temp-to-hire positions.

 

Is Buzz 4 Help insured and bonded?

Yes, Buzz 4 Help is insured and bonded.

 

 

Does Buzz 4 Help still offer concierge and errand services?

Effective March 1, 2008, Buzz 4 Help no longer offers concierge and errand services, with one exception. If you received a Buzz 4 Help Gift Certificate in 2007 and want to redeem your gift certificate for concierge or errand services, you may request such services; please email us.

If I need something taken care of on a specific date at a specific time, can Buzz 4 Help accommodate me?

Our client assignments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.  We make every attempt to be flexible with our clients; however, the more notice we have, the better chance we will be able to accommodate your specific request. 

 

 

Rates & Payment Methods

 

Do you provide a free consultation?

Buzz 4 Help provides a free phone consultation to determine if your needs and our services are a good fit. 

 

What are your rates?

Our rates start at $45/hour (ask us about discounts for long-term contracts!).  Buzz 4 Help provides our services on a per-project basis. After our initial consultation, we’ll provide a written, itemized estimate before we begin work on your assignment.  When we give you a price quote, we take into consideration a wide variety of factors, including the length of the assignment, the level of expertise required, and mileage.

 

Do your rates include mileage or is there an additional charge for mileage?

Our rates include the first 20 miles of travel for each assignment.  All additional mileage will be charged at the current IRS mileage rate (effective July 1, 2008, the rate is 58.5 cents per mile). 

 

What type of payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, check and most major credit cards.

 

My project is quite large and I need to spread out the cost of this project; can Buzz 4 Help assist me?

Because we pride ourselves on flexibility, Buzz 4 Help is happy to help you prioritize the components of your project, and to structure each assignment to suit your budget.
